Where does LIL ORSO ship?

⦁ We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states through USPS, DHL and FedEx.
⦁ We also ship internationally to Canada, Germany, Japan, United Kingdom, Brazil, Singapore, Australia, and Mexico. We ship all products internationally except Storage Baskets.

How long does shipping take?

⦁ We typically ship from our warehouse within one business day after the order is placed. Please note that our warehouse only ships out on Monday-Friday and USPS/DHL/FedEx (our carriers) consider business days Monday-Friday, not including National Holidays
⦁ Here's what you can expect for arrival based on the shipping option you selected:
⦁ Our standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days to reach its destination (though most orders arrive within 3 business days). We do not offer two-day or overnight shipment options at this time.
⦁ You may experience slightly longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
⦁ International shipments to Canada, Germany, Japan, United Kingdom, Brazil, Singapore, Australia, and Mexico take 6-10 business days
⦁ Your tracking number will include an estimated delivery date once it’s updated for the very first time. Please keep in mind that this is only an estimate and could change while your order is in transit.

What are your shipping costs?

⦁ Domestic US shipping is free for orders above $40, and a flat $3.99 at $40 or below
⦁ All international orders to Canada, Germany, Japan, United Kingdom, Brazil, Singapore, Australia, and Mexico will be charged a flat fees of $10. Please be aware that country-specific duties and tariffs may be charged to you by DHL, FedEx or USPS

What is your return policy?

⦁ We stand behind our products and want you to love them as much as we do. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your products, we will happily accept your return and issue a refund within 30 calendar days of your receipt of items.
⦁ Purchased Lil Orso Gift Cards are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.

⦁ We can only process returns for orders placed on lilorso.com. For orders placed through other retailers, please contact the retailer's customer service team.

What is your returns process?

⦁  Please email support@lilorso.com to initiate your return. A return made to our warehouse or one made without initiating a return by emailing support@lilorso.com will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.

⦁  The return email must include your name, order number, and a reason for return (e.g. incorrect item ordered, item no longer needed, wrong item was shipped, the item was defective)

⦁  We will process your return and email you a shipping label

⦁  In order to be eligible for a full refund, all the items in the set should be returned in unworn or unused condition (i.e., original tags, original packaging, unworn & unwashed). All gifts with purchase, and/or freebies must also be returned.

⦁  Once your return is initiated, you have 14 calendar days to send the item(s) and for the return to be marked delivered. Once 14 days has passed from the return initiation date, your order is no longer eligible for a full refund.

⦁  Please keep records of return shipments, for proof of date shipped. Lil Orso is not responsible for a return shipment, including instances of missing item(s) or mis-delivered shipments.

What is your exchange policy?

⦁  We accept exchanges within 30 days of your receipt of your items. You will be charged the difference in price between the exchanged items, if any, PLUS the return shipping fees.

⦁  Please email support@lilorso.com to initiate your exchange. An exchange made to our warehouse or one made without initiating an exchange by emailing support@lilorso.com will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.

⦁  The return email must include your name, order number, and item(s) to be exchanged.

⦁  We will process your exchange and email you a shipping label
