Where are Lil Orso product made?

Our textile products are made to our exacting specifications in Tamil Nadu in South India. Tamil Nadu is steeped in textile history and is considered the knitwear capital of India. The majority of textile brands entrust the production of their best apparel and accessories to this state.

Our ethical factory is comprised of well-paid artisans, with management who has decades of experience in baby textile products.

Certain products like Silicone Toddler Bibs and Storage Baskets are handcrafted in China. All Chinese factories are thoroughly vetted by us, and have passed stringent environmental, safety and international worker right audits. Every product shipment from these suppliers is inspected and all products are CPSC certified and (where relevant) FDA approved.

The item I want is out of stock. Will you be making more?

If we’re currently out of stock in any seasonal products or styles featured on the website, then we likely not be restocking them. If you are very keen about an out-of-stock product, please email us at support@lilorso.com, and we do our best to help.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), PayPal, Visa gift cards, and MasterCard gift cards through our secure checkout system. We do not accept American Express gift cards.

If you’re paying with PayPal Express Checkout, please keep in mind that your order will automatically ship to the address that’s associated with your PayPal account.

Is my order secure?

Yes! Our website employs industry-standard security measures to ensure your privacy and the security of your information. Any information that you provide is temporarily transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted using industry-standard safeguards.

I'm having trouble placing my order.

I'm having trouble with a promo code.

As a quick reminder, only one discount code can be applied per order, and each code can only be used once per customer. All discount codes are not valid on previous orders, gift cards, and a few other promotional items. Other restrictions may apply. Please email support@lilorso.com if you're still having trouble!

Help! I need to cancel/edit my order.

Our warehouse processes are designed to ship your order to you as quickly as possible. In order to make this happen, unfortunately our team is not able to make any changes to orders after they are placed. This includes editing the contents of an order, retroactively applying a promotional code, or cancelling it entirely. We request you to confirm all details, including shipping information and the contents of your order before completing it

Do I need to create an account to order?

You do not need an account to order from Lil Orso. Your order will be processed and shipped to you without you creating an account.

 

Having an account, however, will make it easier for you to track our current shipment as well as track your order history with Lil Orso. An account can be created during checkout. If you have already placed an order and would like to set up an account, you can do so here. If you need our help – just email us at support@lilorso.com.

 

We do not share your account information with any third party without your prior approval.

What is the status of my order?

You should receive emails that update you with the status of your order (e.g., when the items ship, tracking numbers, etc.), but if you create an account, you can also track your orders there.
